PORTFOLIO REVIEWS

L A Noble Gallery conducts individual portfolio reviews regularly. Each review is a unique 1 hour service & places must be booked in advance. We advise that you bring a notebook also so that the you and the reviewer can note down key points of discussion.

The one-to-one session with Laura Noble reflects our steadfast commitment to emerging & established photographers. We aim to assist photographer’s in their professional futures at every level. Completed projects, works in progress are welcome. Each session is bespoke to your needs whether it be guidance on promoting a project, taking your work to the next level, shifting to or from the commercial sphere or how to price and edition your work, one or more sessions can take your career to the next level saving you time and money.

We view all common photographic formats. Portfolios can be presented in print format or digitally on a computer. We also provide a Skype service whereby portfolio’s can be sent as a PDF in advance of the review to be discussed during the Skype session.

Whenever possible it is preferable for photographers to bring at least two prints to view as it is the best way to consider the work as a sellable commodity in the art market.

Mentoring sessions to be completed within six months.
Subsequent sessions are done via Skype.

SALONS:

In keeping with the tradition of salons in the 1930’s why not book a salon session - bring one of your photographs to discuss. This is a rare opportunity for photographers who want feedback on a particular project to discuss their work both with their peers and with one of London’s leading gallerists.

Each salon we ask photographers to bring one print or image on a laptop to speak about with the group for 5 minutes. The group will then offer advice, feedback and ask questions. Gallery Director Laura Noble will also offer advice and suggestions regarding the work and presentation skills for each participant.

Evening bookings 18.30 – 20.00

Cost: £20 per person – payment in advance (non-refundable) 5 people or more £15 each
